Certified Translation

The document will be translated and a statement of accuracy in the form of a statutory declaration, signed by us before a solicitor, will be attached to the translated document together with a copy of the document from which the translation was made.

Our seal will be affixed to the certification and a reference number will be assigned to each document that we translate.

The solicitor certification is usually required where documents need to be submitted to UK courts, although a basic certification is often accepted. It is always advisable to check with the authorities requesting the translation how they want the translation certified.

Our minimum fee for translation with solicitor certification is only £93, including VAT.

The Notary seal will be affixed to the certification and a reference number will be assigned to each document that we translate.

Notary Public certification, or Notarised Translation, is usually required where documents are to be submitted to organisations and government authorities abroad. In some cases legalisation at the Foreign Office (Apostille) and/or further consular legalisation is also required. It is always advisable to check with the authorities requesting the translation how they want the translation certified.

Our minimum fee for translation with Notary Public certification is only £158, including VAT.
